Temperature control is a very important consideration in many heating
processes for heat treating, shrink fitting, and soldering or brazing
applications.
CEIA offers a wide range of infrared optical sensors equipped with
low intensity laser aiming which cover a reading range from 170°F
(75°C) for applications using tin-based alloys to 2190°F (1200°C) for
brazing carried out with silver, brass, or copper.
The CEIA SH Series Infrared Sensors can be connected to the Power
Controller and Master Controller Units. The high accuracy and rapid
response time of these sensors allow precise regulation of the heating
process at the required temperature values.
Ceia offers both simple articulated arm and precision adjustable positioning
bases for all three Temperature Sensors.
